The Orchestra is Raising Money to Aid Japan

The Pangean Orchestra offering 100% of the revenue from our latest mp3 release to raise money for Japan. With the devastation in Japan, we knew we needed to do something. We teamed up with CD Baby (who is also donating fees) so that we can send 100% of our proceeds to The Red Cross Japan Earthquakes and Tsunami Relief. The MP3 track offered is sung masterfully in Japanese and the music is performed in a spirit of jubilation. The music will make you feel great and all funds will help a people who desperately need it.

A Close-Up Encounter at Doc’s Place

The ensemble returns for an intimate night of music at Doc’s Place. Small combos of musicians from around the world will perform together to celebrate the diversity of music that world has to offer.

Based on the principal of bringing musicians from all over the planet to perform together, this concert will be a close-up view of different cultures and different styles of music coming together on stage. Join our musicians, while enjoying dinner and drinks at the Valley’s only music and supper club.

This year, the city of Phoenix will commemorate World Refugee Day on Saturday, June 19 at Phoenix Memorial Hall with a special invitation-only evening of live dance, a musical performance by the acclaimed Pangean Orchestra, the works of refugee artists, and delicious ethnic cuisine. Speakers and testimonials during the event will highlight the 30th anniversary of the U.S. Refugee Resettlement Program, as well as acknowledge the success and achievement of local refugees.
