Tanya Hedjazi – Upright Bass

Tanya Hedjazi is playing electric upright bass. She is a graduate of NAU with a degree in music and a focus in ethnomusicology. She teaches piano, bass and world music classes at Sonoran Studios and has 10 years of professional performance experience playing jazz, latin jazz, reggae, funk, rock and blues. Tanya is an American born Asian/Middle-eastern American. Her passion for music, travel and culture has brought her to join in the Pangean Orchestra.
